I have replaced these auto locking hubs once already (under warranty) The high range 4x4 will not engage now (again) and my Dealer is recommending I replace them with manual locking hubs. Sounds like a transfer case motor problem, and clicking sounds could indicate a stripped gear on the transfer case shift motor or whatever it engages in the transfer case.
